How it works
Our property experts have a wealth of experience, having helped investors successfully buy hundreds of properties in recent years around the Hull area.
We’ll meet with you, listen to your requirements, and then help you choose the best investment for your budget and specifications, working towards your end goal, be that a new home to move into, monthly income from a rental investment, pension pot, assisting family or increasing your rental portfolio.
Our investment team will liaise with you about your property requirements and help you to decide on the correct properties to view. We can view these for you, using FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, or recording the viewing. Alternatively, we can organise appointments and accompany you to the viewings.
We’ll look at properties across the whole of the city’s market and send out alerts to our investor base when they spot a good investment property coming onto the market.

Our Commitment to You
When we work with you throughout the process of sourcing and purchasing a new rental property we will build a good working relationship and allow you to get to know us so that you will feel confident in using us for your ongoing letting or property management service.
All we ask in return is a £180 inclusive VAT commitment payment, paid when we start sourcing property for you. This will then be deducted from the initial letting fee when your new tenancy commences.
We have introduced this fee to ensure we are using this time to work with investors who are seriously committed to buying a property in Hull and the surrounding area and, in return, so that you know we will be doing everything to speed the buying and letting process for you.
