My Job:

My main responsibility at Lime is to support applicants and landlords during the whole lettings process. We use some great systems to get our tenancies organised, so I can handle a hefty workload! I reference the tenancy applicants, carry out the right to rent checks, get the contracts ready, and get the properties ready for letting with safety measures, cleaning and any maintenance which needs sorting.
