
My Job:
I am responsible for the Property Management Team at Lime. We are incredibly focused on ensuring that all of our managed properties are taken care of as though they were our own homes, so I take my job very seriously. The role of a Property Account Manager is varied and some of the duties include the swift dealing of any maintenance issues to ensure that our managed properties are in tip-top condition, vetting our contractors to ensure they are cost-effective, fully qualified, insured and working to our high standards, invoicing & answering any questions about new lettings legislation or market conditions.
My Ambition:
My ambition is to continue to grow long-lasting relationships with both tenants & landlords to continue to increase Lime's footprint in East Yorkshire.
