What bills are included?
All bills are included in a single, monthly payment. This includes rent, services charges, water rates, all utility bills, provision for council tax and communal TV licence and internet. There are no other charges on top of the monthly payment.
*However, if you wish to watch TV in your own room you will need to buy an individual TV licence. But if you restrict your viewing to the communal area, you will not.

What checks are carried out on the property?
All properties managed by Lime Rooms undergo thorough tests to ensure they are Health and Safety compliant.

What do I do in case of an emergency?
Lime Rooms provides all tenants with a 24/7 emergency telephone number. In the event of a serious incident at the property, our maintenance staff will attend immediately and ensure the problem is dealt with as soon as is possible.

Who manages the communal areas?
Lime Rooms' team will ensure all the communal areas are kept clean and in good repair.

Are tenants vetted?
All tenants undergo a strict vetting procedure as this brings peace of mind to our landlords and to other tenants with whom they will be living.

Do I have to sign up to a minimum length of contract?
The minimum term of contract is 6 months but if you are looking a short term still contact us

Can couples rent a single room?
Yes.

How much notice do you have to give?
Four weeks if you wish to leave at the end of your fixed term contract and four weeks' notice if you are on a periodic tenancy.

How much deposit do I have to pay?
The deposit varies from property to property and is set at the landlord's discretion.

When will the rent by taken?
Rent is to be paid weekly in advance by a standing order which is set up at the start of the tenancy agreement.

Are there any other charges?
Lime Rooms charges an application fee of £75.
