Property Sourcing Service

With our extensive knowledge of the region both in terms of sale prices and future rental potential, we have been providing a unique service to investors that require support and guidance in finding the right property investment which could be invaluable to yourself. At Lime, we don’t do any contracts as such but due to the fact that we work with you throughout the process of sourcing and purchasing we usually build a good working relationship allowing you to feel confident in using us for your lettings.
To ensure we keep providing an efficient level of service we would like some commitment from our investors of £180 inc VAT, paid upfront and then deducted from the initial letting fee when your tenancy commences with us. We have introduced this fee to ensure we are using this time to work with investors who are seriously committed to buying a property in Hull and the surrounding area. The service can vary in each individual requirement, however, these are what the majority of investors have expressed as the most useful side of the service.
