Lime’s commitment in response to COVID-19
Here at Lime, we feel it’s important to communicate the measures we are taking as a business in response to the escalating situation in the UK due to COVID-19. Lime’s biggest priority is the health and well-being of all customers and staff.
At the moment, we are open for business. We are asking our staff to take additional precautions to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and customers in line with government guidelines. In ever changing times we will of course continue to monitor the situation closely, keeping you informed on all decisions.
During this period, we will endeavour to keep business disruption to our customers to a minimum but there may be circumstances outside of our control that do affect day to day operations, for example an occupant self-isolating or if government policies enforce change. During this period we would ask that you work with us to try and service your requirements as best as possible.
If it becomes necessary our property, tenancy management and telephone systems can be accessed remotely and used by staff members working from home.
