To ensure we keep providing an efficient level of service we would like some commitment from our investors of £150.00 plus vat which is to be paid upfront however this will be deducted from the initial letting fee when you put your first house on the letting market with us. We have introduced this fee to ensure we are using this time to work with investors who are seriously committed into buying a property in Hull and the surrounding area.
