Part time Lettings Co-Ordinator

The Role involves:

• Call handling
• Registering applicants to the database
• Organising viewings & Diary management
• Conducting viewings
• Landlord feedback
• Applicant feedback
• Processing applications
• Creating marketing brochures

The Hours

Thursday-Friday 9-5pm

A must

• Full driving license

Ideally

Have lettings or estate agency experience.

Rate of pay

Competitive, basic salary plus commission.
