Lime want you…

Due to continued growth we are looking for an additional Property Inspector & Property Account Manager. These roles are ideally suited to somebody who has a real passion for the lettings sector, someone who is self-motivated, well organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads, and has experience of working within a customer service environment. A basic knowledge of household maintenance issues and or the property sector will be an advantage, but not essential.


Property Inspector

Duties will include:

  • Establish professional relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Aid Property Managers where required
  • Record and process repairs as required
  • Organise and carry out routine visits
  • Produce all reports via ISurvey
  • Ensure all notes are timely and accurate
  • Liaise with and support Deposit Progressor with TDS claim
  • Maintain service following company service levels core values, and behaviours

The knowledge base required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be empathetic, supportive
  • Smart and presentable
  • Knowledge of the property management and inspection processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues and other third parties
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good observational skills
  • Full clean driving licence

Property Account Manager

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with maintenance issues as reported by tenants, Using Fixflo
  • Identify reported issues and establish if they can be fixed remotely or of it requires a site visit
  • Liaising between Landlords, Tenants and approved maintenance Contractors
  • Organise internal property inspections and produce landlord reports
  • Organise regular inventories and efficient checkouts where appropriate
  • Organise safety certificates for all managed properties
  • Ensuring all maintenance and repair works are completed within budget and agreed time frames

  • Smart and presentable
  • Knowledge of the property management and inspection processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues and other third parties
  • Strong organisational skills

  • Full clean driving licence
